Return Eligibility:
We accept returns within 14 days of the items delivered. Please ensure that all the items returned are unused and in their original condition along with the tags and packaging.
Return Process:
Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick-up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request. If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product in a packet and the product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Keep the packet ready and open to expedite the return pickup. Within 5-7 business working days reverse pick -up will be done. Our staff may initially examine the product at the time of pickup and a further quality check of the product will be conducted at our Returns Desk.
Self-Ship: If we don’t offer a pick up at your location. In such cases, we’ll provide a refund for the shipping cost incurred by you provided if the product meets the return policy. Please email the courier receipt with your order number to info@thesnuggleco.com with the subject line “Reimburse courier charges”. If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
Refund Processing:
The refund amount will be initiated once we have received the product and it has gone through quality check by our team. Refunds are processed to the original source of payment used by the customer while purchasing the product.
In case of Exchange/ Replacements of product no refund will be issued instead a newproduct will be shipped after receiving the original product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy:
The Snuggle Co offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 14 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.
Step 1: In the Support section, through your Profile, enter requisite details- Name, registered Phone no., registered Email address, Query Type, Issue Type (wherever asked), add Description (accordingly), and submit. Help Desk A prompt showing your Ticket No. will appear on your screen and a mail with the same information will be Emailed to your registered address.
Step 2: The products will be picked up within 4-5 business days. A refund or replacement will be initiated, thereafter. Please note, refunds/replacement will be initiated only if the products are in appropriate* conditions.
For all communication against raised tickets, please check your registered email IDs.
Inappropriate product conditions:
Product is damaged due to misuse.
Returned without proper safety packaging
Product is used or altered
If request is initiated after 14 days of order delivery
Damaged/ Missing Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance with photos of the damaged packaging and items. If it adheres to our policies, we will send you a new product subject to the available stock or refund the amount to its original source of payment.
In case you find the product or parts of the product to be missing, damaged or completely different from what you ordered while receiving the product, please do not accept it and ask our delivery partner to take it back. We will send you a new product subject to avaibility of stock or refund the amount to its original source of payment.
International Returns:
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes.
